At NLP we start with a comprehensive assessment and work with you to fully understand your goals. Then we design a personalized program to help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
All private lesson memberships include skills development (hitting, pitching, catching, fielding or performance training) with private lessons from our expert coaches and also incorporate our comprehensive training package that is customized to your needs.
The NLP Comprehensive Training Package includes:
Mobility Program - to increase power, prevent injuries and improve mechanics
Arm Care Program - to prevent shoulder and elbow injuries
Nutrition Program - to fuel your body with the energy required
Workout Program - to enhance your strength, power and speed
Monthly Assessment - to assess your progress and make adjustments as needed to continue progressing toward your goals.
Private Lessons
Remote Training
For regional clients who can’t make it to our facility weekly we offer remote training. Clients participating in remote training will be encouraged to have an onsite initial evaluation and an onsite visit at the end of each four- week session for assessment that informs future programming. Remote training includes weekly virtual check- ins including video analysis and expanded access to trainers for ad hoc questions. We develop an individualized program for progression including warm up, personalized drill library and daily/weekly programming for desired skill development and performance enhancement.

Semi-Private Lessons
Our semi-private coaching lessons include individualized instruction in a small group setting (2-6) for pitching, infield, performance training and other skills.
Our clients often supplement private instruction time with semi-private sessions to accelerate their development.

Team Practices/ Turf Area
We welcome team practices in our state-of-the-art facility. We have the ability to rent single cages or large open space within our perimeter netting. Pitching machines are available. We can also work with you to develop team workouts.
