Q. What is your facility like?

A: When we started Next Level Performance, we worked hard to develop a facility that works for you. We have 10,000 square feet dedicated to baseball player development. That includes:

• 5 - 70’L x 14’W batting cages (4 with pitching mounds)

• 2 - 55’L x 12’W batting cages

• Full Elite Gym with Speed/Agility Area

• Perimeter netting with the flexibility to open multiple turf areas (from 55’x24’ to 70’x70’) for practice, clinics and special events.

• State-of-the-art tools and technology

Q: What can I expect when I start at Next Level Performance?
A: We start clients with a comprehensive assessment work with clients to fully understand their goals. Then we design a program based on your goals and the results of the assessment.

When developing the program, we know that achieving your goals as quickly as possible requires attention to a lot of things. So, we focus on skills development with private lessons from our expert coaches and also incorporate our NLP Comprehensive Training Package that is customized to your needs. This includes:

• A mobility program- to increase power, prevent injuries and improve mechanics

• An arm care program - to prevent shoulder and elbow injuries

• A nutrition program – to fuel your body with the energy required

• A workout program - to enhance your strength, power and speed

For some folks we also recommend some semi-private sessions for workouts or pitching or fielding groups. For access to come workout here on your own or use a cage whenever you’d like we have facility memberships.

Q: What is NLP’s approach to baseball and softball training?
A: At Next Level Performance we pride ourselves on being the Upstate’s #1 Baseball (Softball) Performance Lab for athletes that want to play at the next level, whether that is travel ball, middle school, high school, college or even pro.

Our secret sauce is a comprehensive approach that incorporates expert baseball and softball skill development, use of the latest technology and tools to give us further insight and track progress and a focus on performance training to supplement what we are doing with skills development in a coordinated and comprehensive way.

We’re proud that that approach has been very effective in helping athletes reach their goals. In just a few short years we’ve had many athletes commit to playing in college, make elite travel teams and live their best life!

Q: Does your approach really work?
A: It does! In just the short time we’ve been open we’ve had many college commits and clients playing for elite travel teams.

Q: What ages and skill levels do you offer services for?
A: We welcome baseball and softball players of ages 8 to 18+ and all skill levels, from beginners to advanced collegiate players. Our coaches tailor each program to the individual's needs and abilities. We simply ask that you come to us ready to commit and work hard and we’ll partner with you to ensure you reach your goals. 

Q: How do I access and log into Swift?

A: Access Swift by clicking “Get Started” on our website’s home page from your computer or mobile phone. The first time you enter you will be asked to create an account and provide your email address. When booking for the first time you will be prompted to complete a liability waiver and enter payment information. This can then be stored by the system, making booking your next appointment lightning fast!

Q: What reservations can be booked online?

A: You may book cages, lessons and lesson packages, performance training, camps and clinics online. Please text us at 864-816-5933 for all other inquiries.

Q: Does Swift send me confirmation emails and reminders?

A: Yes! When you book using the Swift platform the system will send you a confirmation email. You will also receive a reminder 24 hours in advance of your reservation.

Q: How do I use Swift to view my current bookings?

A: Once you login to Swift, click the icon at the top right of the screen to find “My Account.” Click “Activity” to view all of your upcoming bookings or make changes to them.

Q: How do I make modifications like rescheduling or canceling reservations?

A: When you make a reservation through the app, Swift will send you an email confirmation. You can make adjustments by scrolling to the bottom of the email and clicking “Manage Booking”. You can also make modifications in “My Account” under the “Activity” section.

Please keep in mind that reservations may only be modified up to 24 hours prior to your start time. If you need to modify or cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, please call us at 864-509-0022 or text 864-816-5933.

Q: How do members access the facility after hours?

A: Members will be given access using state of the art Brivo Mobile Pass technology, which allows you to use your smartphone for access. Once you sign up for membership you will receive an email from brivomobilepass@brivo.com. Members should follow the instructions to download the Brivo Mobile Pass app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please allow both bluetooth and notifications. Once you download the app, click “Add Pass to Account” from your welcome email.

Once your pass is successfully added you can use the pass from the Brivo Mobile Pass app to open the front door of Next Level Performance from 5 am to midnight. Iphone users can even add a Siri shortcut that will allow you to say “Hey Siri Open Entrance” to open the door!

Please keep in mind that promptly at midnight the security system is armed, so please plan accordingly.
